Since it initiated in 2005, the Galleria Supermarket Scholarship Program was designed to support the academic pursuits of students in need of financial support and committed to giving back to the community. To achieve professional excellence, be open-minded to changes and to contribute to the society, these are the core values that Galleria strives for and looks for within scholarship eligible students. In 2019, the Program for the first time accepted applications from international students.
On August 20th, 2019 the student’s achievements were celebrated with congratulatory speeches followed by the presentation of award certificates. This year, more than 24 deserving students were selected by the evaluation committee with a $1,000 scholarship given to each of them.
