My team was able to compile a list of our initiatives that have been widely shared using our stores very active Facebook page.
One of the greatest responses we have received is the modification of our online ordering option to accommodate our senior community, we’ve leveraged the online platform to also take phone orders for seniors – it is to serve them specifically.
Please note our “seniors hours” also include those with underlying health conditions or compromised immune systems. Like many, it is honour system based.
We are also in the midst of preparing some signage to remind our customers that we will not tolerate abuse or mistreatment of our front line employees. It’s unfortunate to have to address this type of negative behaviour, but we need to protect our staff who are everything to our operation.
