As CFIG members will be aware from our updates and media reports, the documents that provide background information that the Competition Bureau filed with the courts, have now been unsealed.
The documents are very interesting and along with the reference to CFIG in the documents, they provide an insight into what was behind the investigation.
Many retailers have expressed an interest in seeing the court filings of the Bureau. CFIG has obtained these and we are prepared to send them to any CFIG member on request.
Simply respond to info@cfig.ca and indicate the e-mail address where you wish the documents to be sent, once your membership has been confirmed.
