FMS Solutions is currently conducting a compensation survey to help better understand the cost to gain and keep talent which was the #2 concern for independent grocery retailers in our annual benchmarking study.
As the unemployment rate continues to hover at over half century lows, finding talent and retaining that talent has become more and more difficult. We have created a salary survey to capture wages and bonus structures both by store size and region.
Please take a moment to fill out the online questionnaire as it will be a valuable tool for independent grocers to attract and retain talent.
