CFIG received the communication below, from the LCBO yesterday. Just a reminder that the deadline for submitting a response for a LCBO convenience outlet is Tuesday, October 8th. The LCBO advises that there are still a number of opportunities in the list of municipalities identified, some of which may have some of our Ontario members serving these areas.

Hi Gary,
Following my email of September 10 and our conversation earlier this week, I have a further request for your assistance with the expansion of the LCBO Convenience Outlets program.
The RFP for new operators in up to 302 communities closes next Tuesday, October 8, at 2:00pm. As we approach the deadline, I would greatly appreciate your assistance in ensuring that local businesses which stand to benefit from this program are aware of the opportunity.
I would be very grateful if you would consider reaching out again to your members, or any other stakeholders who may be able to increase awareness of the opportunity.
