The corrugated cardboard box has been around for over a century and has been a key player in the growth of industry and commerce. Our industry has over 50 plants across Canada producing the materials customers need to get products to market. CCCA provides practical packaging solutions that are economical, renewable, and recyclable. Corrugated protects all kinds of products in shipping from point of manufacture to point of sale. Design and merchandising possibilities are unlimited.

When the journey ends, we are there to recycle everything we make. Almost all Canadians have access to recycle corrugated materials and our industry has a mature, reliable process to efficiently collect paper packaging. We are close to our goal of recycling 100% of what we produce. Provincial governments are encouraged to ban old corrugated from landfill – because we need it all back! All the material collected is recycled locally and is then used by Canadian mills to supply the box making plants.

Our Association does not engage in direct commercial activity on behalf of our members, but we are a great place to seek advice or background about the industry and its capabilities.
